Then, it's time to roll up your sleeves! With the expert guidance of our chefs, the group will dive into the art of Campanian cuisine, preparing five signature dishes of the region. From hand-crafted fresh pasta—shaped into ravioli, lasagna, cannelloni, fettuccine, or scialatielli—to the legendary eggplant parmigiana, all the way to the flavors of the sea, with traditional seafood recipes passed down through generations.
To end on a sweet note, a feast of flavors awaits: lemon caprese cake, ricotta and pear cake, and homemade jam tarts. Every bite captures the soul of Sorrento’s rich culinary heritage.
